TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The GIFT CARD entitles the registered user to purchase merchandise from our website www.abrakh.in

• The recipient of the GIFT CARD needs to checkout on our website and provide valid billing/shipping details to redeem the gift card.

• The GIFT CARD cannot be redeemed for cash. 

• We reserve the right to reject the redemption of any Gift Card if there is reasonable suspicion that the Gift Card has already been utilized or if the coupon-code is invalid or if you are not the intended recipient.

• Each Gift Card is valid for 3 (three) months from the date of issue ("Validity Period"). Neither the validity of any particular Gift Card shall be extended nor can a new Gift Card be issued against the expired/unused Gift Card beyond the Validity Period.

• We are not liable for delivery of Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address, and this shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

• The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot, in part or in whole, be (I) redeemed for cash/gift vouchers/credit notes; (ii) refunded; or (iii) substituted.

• If the invoice value is greater than the Gift Card value, the customer must pay the balance amount. In case there is an unutilised balance on the Gift Card, the same can be redeemed in a subsequent order so long as the subsequent order also falls within the Validity Period.

• We shall not be held liable for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card. We presume that the person presenting the Gift Card is the actual and intended beneficiary of the gift voucher and he/she shall not be required to verify the same. Without prejudice to aforesaid, in no event the liability of Abrakh for any claims arising under the Gift Card shall exceed the value of the Gift Card in question.

• The Gift Card will be governed by laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.
