Exchange & Refunds Policy
EXCHANGE:
Any product bought from Abrakh can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:
- The size/colour is incorrect
- There is a manufacturing defect
Please contact customer care by emailing at care@abrakh.in with your order number and desired exchange piece along with size. Once received at our warehouse, the customer care team will get back to you ASAP upon inspection.
All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer.
We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE SENDING YOUR PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE:
- All items must have the original tags, original packaging and invoice and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
- All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
- Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
- You may exchange the size of your purchased product up to three times only (For Domestic Orders only!)
ORDER CANCELLATION and REFUNDS:
Once an order is placed, its final- so choose your favourites carefully!
We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.
We do not entertain returns and exchanges on international orders.
NO EXCHANGE and NO RETURN on Sale Products.
