Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3,500.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a base charge of Rs. 150 is levied.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Delivery within India:
- Your order will be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation.
- If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 48 hours, kindly whatsapp on +91 9211390072 with your order number and payment screenshot to confirm.
- Please note that during sales, delivery timelines may be affected due to high order volumes. While we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, there may be slight delays.
- We only work with top logistics partners in India and the delivery timeline (post dispatch) varies from 1 - 2 working days depending upon the city to which the order is to be delivered.
- Delivery Timeline: The amount of time it takes our courier partner to deliver your outfit post pick-up from our production unit.
- Please note that our 'Dispatch' and 'Delivery' timelines are based on working/business days and do not factor in Saturday and Sunday, which are off for our facilities and courier partners such as Bluedart.
- Within India, our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package a reasonable number of times before they return it to us.
- Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address including the pincode along with a mobile number to ensure smooth delivery of your order.

- We attempt to deliver all the international orders within 10 - 12 business days.
